Back Order Policy

Bluewater Flooring will accept orders on back orders under the terms and conditions below:

Order placed with Bluewater Flooring that is on Back Order will require payment before Bluewater Flooring reserves the product with the manufacturer.

Back Ordered Items are subject to a 10% handling fee for canceled orders, this is to pay for the cost of our non-refundable reserve cost to the manufacturer & all transaction fees. 

Dates given to us by the Manufacturer are tentative dates and not set in stone. We have seen back order dates move as far as 3-4 months further than their original quoted date due to manufacturing issues, shipping issues and customs issues. This is not grounds for cancellation of a back order. 

Back Orders are defined as products that are not in Bluewater Flooring or the Manufacturer's Stock and will require a length of time longer than the standard 1 to 2 weeks to begin shipping to the customer. Back Orders are caused do a lack of supply to meet the demand for a product at the manufacturer's level, and Bluewater Flooring will keep up with the status of the Back Order for you.
