- Shipping is provided depending on size of order by either Frieght Truck or Delivery Vehicle. Product is shipped out as soon as possible by manufacturer. Shipping transit time may very depending one Availability, distance from delivery terminal and production schedule. We do our very best to keep you informed on your products location as the product is shipped out and is in transit so that we may schedule the delivery on a day and time that you will be available to receive your product. Some trucks require signature and some trucks require that the customer unload the truck due to insurance not covering the driver outside of the box of the truck. Please call if you have any special needs such as product placement within the house so that we may arrange for the proper truck with the proper insurance. Please note that Free shipping of any product does not qualify for any special needs, and a quote will be provided and must be paid for before product leaves the loading dock. Due to the fluxuation in fuel rates, some additional shipping fees may apply to your order - If that is so, Bluewater will contact you and make you aware of this before charging you and give you the option to forfeit the order or procede with processing of the additional funds.

- Privacy is our #1 priority at Bluewater - We do not use your information without your consent for anything beyond what is needed to make sure your product arrives to you on time. Bluewater reserves the right to use email addresses for newsletters which can be unsubscribed.
- Returns & Replacements
- Returns and replacements are welcome at Bluewater - Customer will be responsible for shipping cost back to the manufacturer and restocking fees associated with the product. Each manufacturer has different fees and we will make you aware of what that total cost will be before the return authorization is processed. Please do not refuse any shipments or return any product without first contacting Bluewater Flooring to receive a Return Authorization number. We will not be able to process an order that has not gone through the process quickly due to high volume without the proper procedure being followed. So please call us before returning product.
- Ordering
- Ordering is available online on our website, by phone, or by email. Please note we accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Check. Orders placed by email must be verified by phone to confirm credit information.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept all major forms of payment including Visa, Master Card, Discover and Amex. We accept all payments by paypal. Bluewater Flooring Accepts checks, however, checks must clear the bank before product is shipped and may cause delays in your shipping process.
- Updating Account Information
- If you must change your information such as ship to address after the order has been processed, please call as soon as you are aware the change is needed. Some fees may apply if a change of address is made as fedex, ups and all major trucking lines charge for in transit changes.
