Current Sample Policy EFFECTIVE 11/21/11 - We are able to sample up to 4 products for you at a time at the cost of $10. This $10 fee will be deducted from your bill when you decide to use Bluewater Flooring for your project. The $10 is used to cover the shipping expenses of sending out samples, as well as a partial cost of the sample itself.

We can provide a sample of your product and quickly at that. We require the shipping and sample is paid for before it is shipped, once you decide on your product, we will refund you for the cost of the sample. We strive to make sure the flooring you need is what you get. So feel free to contact us today and let one of our customer service representatives take care of you.We cannot sample discontinued products due to them not being available to us. We may have a product that is discontinued instock, however, we cannot sample out of the leftover products.

Samples - Samples not obtained from Bluewater Flooring cannot be used for comparison to the product sold by Bluewater Flooring, as we sample direct from mill at time of sale, and other companies may provide old samples or mismatch samples that will not match the current product. If you did not obtain a sample from Bluewater Flooring, a product that doesn't match your version from another dealer is not grounds for order cancellation. Samples may have variation, with natural products there are different grades and color variation through the natural products, and with vinyl, tile and laminate there are dyelot variations. The product will not always match the sample exactly in color or style as in nature, nothing is perfect. Orders cannot be returned based on minor variation from samples sent out, and a return is at the manufacturer's discretion based on their tolerance for variation.
