Products on this site are updated, added and discontinued daily. It is the responsibility of the consumer to verify 100% that the data on this site is accurate by comparing to a sample of the product or by manufacturer website. Due to typo's and misprints - all data on this site cannot be fully accurate. Color may very depending on dye lot and screen color, so obtain a sample of the product or visit a local dealer to get a look at your product before ordering.

Purchasing from Bluewater Flooring's Website does not make your order complete. We must review each order for accuracy of full cartons being purchased, shipping quote accuracy and product availability. Once we confirm everything is correct, or correct the order, we will send a confirmation email that must be responded to in order for us to order your product and ship it. All products must be made in full before shipping from Bluewater Flooring or Manufacturer warehouse.

Samples - Samples not obtained from Bluewater Flooring cannot be used for comparison to the product sold by Bluewater Flooring, as we sample direct from mill at time of sale, and other companies may provide old samples or mismatch samples that will not match the current product. If you did not obtain a sample from Bluewater Flooring, a product that doesn't match your version from another dealer is not grounds for order cancellation. Samples may have variation, with natural products there are different grades and color variation through the natural products, and with vinyl, tile and laminate there are dyelot variations. The product will not always match the sample exactly in color or style as in nature, nothing is perfect. Orders cannot be returned based on minor variation from samples sent out, and a return is at the manufacturer's discretion based on their tolerance for variation.
